Double sided

Her persona is so condensed,
So watered down like ramen sense,
One spoon of her can lead to pains in the chest,
High blood pressure, arthritis, type 2 diabetes,
So unattractive yet so easy,
I wouldn’t get hard if she tried to please me,
So I’ll end this rhyme with a simple period,
The time of the month where they act really weird,
But that’s something that I’ll never fear,
Because shes double sided I see right through the horizon is clear
